DO YOU HAVE SHOWER FACILITIES/lockers/drinking water AT THE STUDIO?
Yes we do! Towels are available for rent at $1 each. There are lockers with a built-in lock for you to keep your personal belongings, so you don't have to bring your own lock! You are encouraged to bring your own drink along to keep yourself hydrated, Bottled water are sold at $1 each.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST CARPARK?
The nearest open space car park is located along Victoria Street. If you prefer an indoor car park, Landmark Hotel would be the nearest option(both just across the street)!
Am i allowed to bring my phone into class with me?
You are strongly encouraged to leave your phones in the lockers provided. Yoga practice requires you to disconnect from the outside world to focus on the present, and mobile phones can be very distracting. If there is a reason for you to remain contactable during your class, do let your teacher know in advance so as to not disrupt the flow midway.
