Hatha
Hatha yoga can be considered the umbrella of all yoga styles as the poses forms many parts of the other yoga classes. A typical Hatha yoga class involves the practitioner to go into different physical postures (yoga poses) and is practised more slowly with static postures. Together with the breathing techniques, it allows the student challenge your strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on alignment, relaxation and mindfulness.
NOTE: This class is suitable for beginners or those who just started. The teacher may include basic arm balances in the class.
