Myofascial + Stretch
This 60-minute class is designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. The first 30 minutes focus on myofascial release, using foam rollers and other props to target tightness and improve mobility by releasing tension in the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). This rolling technique helps alleviate muscle tightness, increase blood flow, and enhance recovery.
The second half of the class transitions into deep stretching, where you'll work through longer-held, passive stretches aimed at increasing flexibility and promoting relaxation. These stretches are designed to complement the myofascial work, helping to lengthen muscles and further relieve tension.
